The majority shareholder
Agribel Holdings Ltd (Agribel) has long-term strategic plans for the group as the holding company and control structure of Senwes. Since the board is elected from the commercial producer client base, the Agribel directors have majority representation on the Senwes board in accordance with a statutory arrangement in the Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) of Agribel.
Agribel fully supports the strategy of Senwes and, in certain instances, actively assists with the facilitation of the strategy of growth, diversification and consolidation.
